switcheroo is an ultra-flexible MIDI switch matrix that forms a bridge between Liine Lemur and the user in the creative context. You no longer need to open Lemur editor to configure a set of pads/switches required while composing/creating a live set - with switcheroo you can customize them in a flash on the fly.
23 ELEGANT PADS
switcheroo features 23 elegant pads that can be customized with any Lemur Targets and MIDI channel. They can act as regular pads or switches and can send note or CC values. You can define the color for each pad, hide them when no longer needed, and assign a meaningful name in no time.
MIDI MULTI-OUTPUT PER PAD
Each pad can be defined with 4 MIDI values (notes or/and CC values) which can be sent simultaneously to your host with just one touch of the button! This unique functionality is particularly useful while working with some virtual instruments like Vienna Instruments Pro.
24 X 6 = 144
switcheroo lets you store your pads in 6 memory banks which give you in total 144 fully configurable MIDI controllers. Memory banks store all pad parameters and monitor which switches have been pressed to allow sending the right MIDI messages depending on the switch state.
NEARLY 400 NAME PRESETS
Additionally, switcheroo lets you name your pads with the name selector that contains nearly 400 predefined names in 5 useful categories (orchestral articulations, track names, live sets, FX parameters etc.) You can also use Lemur Editor on your iPad to specify your custom names and save them with your switcheroo project.
v1.1. update brought multi-output functionality that required storing some additional 15 parameters for each switch which affected Lemur memory demands so the last button has to be removed to squeeze the template into Lemur memory limits.
